We're on the northwest corner of Hickory Street & Union Avenue, literally trackside Union Pacific's busy freight corridor. Our brick and timber warehouse was built in 1889 and survived both the 1903 and 1951 floods. Union Avenue, only a few blocks long, is rich in history. It was home to the Union Depot, K.C.'s original passenger station, along with some of the city's first stores, motels and saloons.
